Financing is available on new system installations through Service Finance Company. Apply online in a few minutes, or ask us to walk the options through with your estimate. Terms come from the lender, so we quote the current ones with your estimate rather than posting a rate that may not be the one you get.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Riptide Mechanical LLC holds Texas HVAC license TACLA56268C. It is printed on the truck door and it appears on every estimate and invoice we send.
Which brands do you work on?
All the major residential and commercial brands. We are not tied to a single manufacturer, so what we recommend for your house is based on the house and the budget rather than on what we are obliged to sell. That goes for repairs as much as replacements.
Do you charge a dispatch or trip fee?
Riptide Family Circle members pay no dispatch fee on standard visits. If you are not a member, ask when you call and we will tell you the fee before anything gets scheduled. You will not find it for the first time on the invoice.
My walk in cooler is going warm right now. Can you come tonight?

Do you really cover both Austin and Corpus Christi?
