Installation
A new system is only as good as the day it goes in.
Most of what determines whether a system lasts is decided during the install, not on the spec sheet.

Sizing before selling
Bigger is not better. An oversized system short cycles, never runs long enough to pull humidity out of the air, and leaves you cold and clammy instead of comfortable. We size to the house, which on the coast means accounting for the humidity load, not just the square footage.
What we do not skip
Line set handling, a proper vacuum, verified charge by weight and by measurement, and a look at the ductwork before we hang a new system off it. Putting new equipment on undersized or leaking ducts is how a high efficiency unit ends up performing like the one you replaced.
Commercial and crane sets
Rooftop units are part of what we do, and the crane is handled in house rather than subcontracted out for you to coordinate. That matters on a live business where the window to swap a unit is one slow morning, not a week.
